Jenna Collett
My background in luxury hospitality has taught me that exceptional service is about more than simply taking care of details; it’s about understanding someone and anticipating what will make their experience feel personalized.
My career began in five-star hotels and resorts in California and London. I worked across Front Desk, Concierge, and Private Events before transitioning into traveling Executive Assistant roles supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Across each of these experiences, I learned to anticipate needs, understand preferences, and manage every detail with care and discretion. Today, I bring those instincts to travel, creating seamless experiences from our first conversation through your return home.
The destinations I personally return to again and again aren't defined by luxury alone. They're the boutique hotel that remembers your breakfast order. The cooking class held in someone's home. The artist who opens her private studio just for you. These are the moments that turn a trip into a memory, and they're exactly what I hope to create for you.
